About Dr. Tashakor

 

Dr. Sam H. Tashakor was raised in Windsor, Ontario, Canada and is of Iranian descent.  He went to school at Belle River High School and then attended the University of Windsor where he did his Pre-Med studies and received a Bachelor of  Science in Human Anatomy. He got married and moved to the United States where he did his Graduate work in Chiropractic at Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri.  There he received a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic.  After graduation, Dr. Tashakor decided to move and work in Cleveland in 2002 and worked and ran his practice there for 4 years.  He then sold that office and is now practicing in Dayton, Ohio with Davis Chiropractic Clinic.

-Graduated High School with the Ontario Scholar Award.

-Logan College of Chiropractic Clinical Proficiency Certificate  

 -Logan College of Chiropractic Certificate of Appreciation for outstanding and unselfish service as a Senior Intern for Logan College Health Centers 

-Logan College of Chiropractic Health Centers Award for Consultation and Teaching

-Logan College of Chiropractic Certificate of Merit for Outstanding Academic Achievement

-Logan College of Chiropractic Certificate for completion of 90 hours in  Activator Methods

-The National Board of Chiropractic Examiners Certificate of Attainment for the completion of the Part I and part II examinations 

 

Dr. Tashakor is an avid golfer and enjoys working out.   In his spare time he likes to spend time with his wife of 8 years, Michelle, and his 2 year old daughter, Karida.
